New Science Lab Expands Opportunities for Christendom College Students
STX Labs partnered with Modular Genius to design and deliver Venerable Jerome Lejeune Hall, the first science building on the Christendom College campus in Front Royal, Virginia. Built to support the college’s growing Natural Science program. Construction began in the fall, and the building opened in time for students to begin using the labs before the end of the spring 2026 semester.

COVID-19 rural clinic bus made in Roanoke could be first of many
When Hampton University needed a way to bring COVID-19 vaccines to people who couldn’t reach mass vaccination sites, STX designed and built a mobile clinic in Roanoke, converting an RV into a clinic with medical-grade equipment and monitoring systems. The project proved that a fully functional clinic on wheels can be built, and it drew interest from other organizations hoping to serve underserved communities. It’s a good example of how STX applies its laboratory design and construction expertise to solve real-world access problems.

STX partnered with Roanoke-based IPT, Inc. to turn an RV into a fully equipped mobile clinic for Hampton University, bringing COVID-19 vaccinations and health care to underserved communities. Its modular design makes the clinic easy to reconfigure, so it can serve communities well beyond the pandemic. It’s one more example of what more than 25 years of laboratory design, build, and technology experience make possible at STX.
